Lunchbox Love Notes for Your Little Loves

Love is in the air! And what better way to spread the love to your little ones than with a sweet little note in their lunchbox! And what makes the gesture even sweeter is when they find your note along with their very favorite treat! OREOs are my boys’ absolute favorite cookie and when we learned they had come out with a Mystery OREO, they were so excited to try them! Today, I’m sharing some Lunchbox Love Notes for Your Little Loves.

With the start of each school year, I always tell myself I’m going to do a better job of putting notes in the boys’ lunchbox, but it has been such a long time since I actually have!

So I’m using the month of February as a reason to spread the love!

And with these printable love notes, you can make up a few cute little treat sacks ahead of time, so you’re not so rushed in the morning! Because we all know how mornings go sometimes 😉

MYSTERY OREOS ARE A FAN-FAVORITE OVER HERE

My boys are hooked on the Mystery OREO! Every time they open the package, they immediately start shouting their guesses of what the Mystery OREOs smell like and then again when they take a bite!

Once you have redeemed the Ibotta offer and have your OREOs at home, you can get the note-cards ready. You can download, print, cut-out and stick these cute little notecards in your little one’s lunchbox or you can make little cookie bags to put in their lunch.

SUPPLIES FOR LUNCHBOX LOVE NOTES TREAT BAG

scissors
clear treat bags
OREO cookies
stapler

DIRECTIONS FOR LUNCHBOX LOVE NOTES TREAT BAG

Download the notecard page to your computer and print. I choose “fill page” in my printer settings.
After your page is printed, simply cut out the note-cards. l left about a .5 inch edge around the design on each card. There will be 6 total.
Fill the clear treat bag with OREO’s. I filled each one with 3 cookies.
Fold over the top edge of the treat bag and place the notecard on top.
Put 2 staples in the top corners of the card attaching it to the treat bag.
Stick in your child’s lunchbox!

I printed 2 sheets and made up 12 bags to use. 6 lunches for each boy this month! The littlest doesn’t go to school yet so no lunchbox for him, but he has definitely “sampled” the Mystery OREO!
