Less than 2 weeks until Easter and I’ve got one basket ready and two completely empty still! I put together a basket for my littlest guy after I came across a few cute options to stick inside! I thought I would share this Little Boy’s Easter Basket Idea with you to help get yours ready!

Little Boy’s Easter Basket Idea
The bunny-shaped basket might be my favorite part of the whole thing so its a great place to start! This one has been in and out of stock over the last couple of weeks so here is a round-up of Easter basket options as an alternative.

TIPS FOR HOW TO FILL AN EASTER BASKET FOR YOUR LITTLE BOY
I tend to use similar items each year, but just slightly different varieties. I always start with a book or an activity pad and then add things they need or will use soon [sandals or crocs if they’ve outgrown and a new pair of swim trunks for the upcoming season, etc.!]
Bubbles, a small game or something sports related is usually another type of filler I use. These were in their baskets last year!
From, there I grab a few odds and ends or trinkets I see when I’m out and about. Then a little candy gets added at the end – usually PEZ, gummies or chocolates.
The basket is usually pretty full by this point!
Last year, I didn’t even end up using actual Easter baskets, but these rubber bins with handles. They were much larger than most baskets so they probably got a few extra goodies [I think pajamas, or a t-shirt helped fill the larger size!] Plus, a bunny stuffy for my littlest’s basket.
I added this little bunny [probably from Dollar Tree or Michaels] with double-sided tape to make it feel more Easter-y!
No matter what you use, they are going to love their baskets or bins because you filled them with special items or their favorite things!
