If you’re headed to a 4th of July get-together this week and need to bring an app or dessert to share, I’ve got a super easy idea that could double as both! It is a healthy-ish option that is a cinch to put together and great for kids and adults to enjoy! Here are these Simple Red, White & Blue Patriotic Picks for an Appetizer or Dessert that are perfectly festive for the 4th of July!

Simple Red, White & Blue Patriotic Picks for an Appetizer or Dessert

These might be some of the easiest skewers to put together. 3 items only! I bought these wooden picks and then simply added strawberries, blueberries and marshmallows!

FOR EACH RED, WHITE & BLUE PATRIOTIC PICK, I USED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:

• 1 strawberry [stem off]
• 1 large marshmallow
• 3 blueberries
• 1 skewer

There isn’t any special tips or tricks to make these skewers, but I did add the strawberry first [pointy end down], then the marshmallow and topped it off with the blueberries!

So cute and tasty!
