Favorite Amazon Purchases // Part 5

hi, friends! It’s been a couple of months since I shared more of my personal Amazon favorites with you all! And with boxes arriving so often [sometimes daily, it seems], there’s bound to be a few things that have slipped through the cracks. I thought another Favorite Amazon Purchases post was in order to share some of the random finds I’ve recently discovered and now love!

You may have seen some of these items in my Amazon Try-on’s, Daily Finds, Weekend Wants or even Gift Guides, but now that I personally own and use / wear them, I figured it was time to round them all up in one place! 

I’ve shared shoes, hangers, file folders and more in this series past. It’s all those random items that end up being winners 😉

FAVORITE AMAZON PURCHASES PART 5 // THE DETAILS 

self tanner //// A great foaming tanner I like to apply every couple of weeks or so for a bronzey glow. It goes on smooth and lasts! I apply the express version and let sit for 20 minutes and then rinse off. 

I use this sunless tanner on my face!

self tanning mit // I use this mit set when I have more time and apply it with my hands when I’m in a hurry. Of course, thoroughly rinsing off your hands after application is crucial!

silk pillowcase cover // Great dupe for the $$$ one! This one is soft, cooling and is supposed to be great for your hair and skin. I purchased one king size pillow cover for me and the verdict is still out on whether or not Ted wants to try one on his side ha!

glass + silicon tumbler // A favorite find before the holidays! It’s a glass tumbler with a silicone surround, bamboo lid and plastic straw. This eco-friendly glass comes in tons of colors and some have glitter on them. I have the silver glitter one and my sister has the bronze glitter.

Both are so pretty!

leopard lips tee // A mix of black, white and gray leopard print with a hint of metallic.

The lips are almost camouflaged in the pattern! The t-shirt is a thick, soft and stretchy material. See the rest of the details in this Amazon try-on here!

marble curtain hooks // These are the ones I ended up putting in Simon’s Bathroom. With all of the shipping and product delays due to COVID, we fell pretty far behind on this project. I’ll be revealing the space in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!

The hooks are a black marble with very subtle veining. I have them on a gold shower curtain rod with a black shower curtain and love the look! I think they’d look great with a silver bar and white curtain too! The black would really pop.

 I think they’re so unique! So were the curtain hooks I used in the shared boys’ bathroom.

black disposable masks // A 50 pack of black masks for only $9.99! These are the masks we keep in the car as back-ups as well as by the back door when our cloth ones are being washed. I love the black vs. the regular blue and white disposable ones. They’re unisex and so much more chic 😉

magnetic microwave cover // Alright, guys. Bare with me when I tell you this was life-changing for me! I shared it during the holidays, but it doesn’t necessarily scream “gift”! Although I’d love to receive it if I knew how great it was going to be!

A ton of you already purchased this but if you haven’t yet, this is a must add to cart!

We’ve always used a microwave cover, but it was so annoying to have to take it in and out every time I’d reheat my coffee [so like 26 times per day!]. Use it to cover your plates or bowls and when it’s not in use, just stick it to the ceiling of your microwave.

My MIL told me about this and I’ll be forever grateful that she did! 

makeup organizer // Must organize all the things in January! And my makeup got the grand purge right before I left for Arizona. When the organizer arrived, I cleaned out my makeup drawer and all my miscellaneous cosmetic bags and filled this organizer with all of my keepers. So many old, dried out and expired products – ewww!

The organizer sits on the counter in our bathroom and absolutely love having a dedicated drawer for eyes, cheeks and face! My brushes and lipsticks go up top and its so nice to be able to see everything in one spot.

These are the other organizers I grabbed to tackle the drawers and cabinets when we get back home!
