The Best Holiday Amazon Finds Under $40 [Decor & Fashion]

Fa-la-la-la-la! This week is so busy with allll the holiday related tasks – meal prepping, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, shopping, wrapping and decorating! And at the end of it all, hunkering down on Thursday night and Friday to decorate, bake and shop!! Black Friday is just so easy to do from the couch now, I can’t remember the last time I went out! I know just how busy everyone is, I thought my Amazon Finds Holiday Edition would be helpful this week because everything is on PRIME and can get here by the weekend! Today, I’m sharing The Best Holiday Amazon Finds Under $40!

From Christmas decor to holiday style and accessories to hostess gifts and ornament storage, I got you COVERED!! There are some really, really great items in this round-up and most of which I own! I gave you all the scoop on every single thing you see below so you can hear just why I love the item as much as I do!

Hopefully these items can help you with your decorating this weekend and even jump start your holiday outfit planning and Christmas shopping. PRE-LIT 9’X10″ GARLAND || I lined our staircase banister with 4 of these and I have to say I think they are so great for under $20! Pre-lit with a batter pack and timer! I used the same black satin ribbon to hang this garland as I used on our stockings on this year’s Simple and Elegant Christmas Mantel. I love look of fresh garland like I used above the fireplace, but these I can store away and not spend the $8 on each garland each year.

COZY SLIPPERS || I love these cute criss-cross slippers in all the colors but I think the beige and ivory are especially pretty. Great gift to pamper your girlfriends with this season or buy matching for your mom and sister for Christmas morning! 

MERRY T-SHIRT || You guys have been going wild for the Amazon graphic tees lately! The leopard pumpkin and the gray thankful heart tee were both top sellers in October and November. This simple holiday tee is a soft, stretchy knit and I love the simplicity of the red “merry.” ❤

I’d style this under a leopard cardigan, a striped cardigan or this cozy black popcorn knit one with pockets!! 

GOLD GLITTER GEOMETRIC STAR TREE TOPPER || Why would I want anything other than a gold, glitter, geometric star on top of my Christmas tree?! 

PRE-LIT CEDAR WREATH || Ok, this one is slightly over my $40 threshold at $49.99 but it looks beautiful and I love that it is very simple. You can add your own bow and even switch it out each year with different colored or patterned ribbon. If you wanted to dress it up even more you could add in some of the gold glitter berry picks right below!

GLITTER BERRY PICKS || I love to add different types of decor to my tree other than just ornaments. Adding in various picks gives the tree dimension and helps fill in the empty spaces.

2-PACK DISH TOWELS || These would make a fabulous hostess gift and you could even split up the pack since they come in a set of 2! Better yet, wrap your wine bottle in one of these towels and tie it up with one of my Free Christmas Gift Tag printables. All you need is cardstock paper, a printer, scissors, a hole punch and ribbon!

GEOMETRIC ORNAMENTS || Love the uniqueness of these ornaments! I went completely neutral and metallic on both trees this year and these would make fabulous additions!!

RED TASSEL EARRINGS || I have these same tassel earrings in pink, but the red is so pretty for the holidays. Pair them with a black blouse, jeans and leopard pumps and you are party-ready! They have over 1,100 positive reviews and are under $15!!

LEOPARD HAT || I’ve seen this hat floating around instagram lately and I think its just darling. I tend to gravitate towards a traditional leopard print with camel, browns and black, but I love that this one is black, white and gray. Perfect stocking stuffer or teacher gift!!

BLACK SATIN RIBBON || I’m slightly obsessed with this ribbon! I’m on my second spool right now and they are 25 yards each! I used it to hang our five stockings across the mantel with big bows on the front. I also just finished lining the staircase with the pre-lit garland you saw above and tied it to the banister with this ribbon! It’s double-sided and gorgeous!

GREEN PILLOW COVERS || Love, love these for an easy holiday touch. If you don’t want to spend a lot of money on new pillows, then buying pillow covers the pillow inserts you already have is the way to go. I shared a quick tutorial on my instagram stories last week on how I added the inserts to these covers. They come in sets of 2, so I purchased 3 to use in both the living room and family room. I may end up buying another set at just $12.99 so I have 8. Great quality and zipper closure. Easier to wash and store than full pillows and these covers come in tons of color choices!

BLACK FAUX LEATHER LEGGINGS || I can’t recommend SPANX enough, but if you are not ready to invest in a pair, then these $16 faux leather leggings will easily carry you through the holiday season. I purchases these last Fall in a size medium [I wear a 4/6]  and they are a great fit with a nice high, slimming waist.

CABLE KNIT STOCKINGS || These stockings are darling! This 4 pack of 18″ ivory cable knit stockings are under $30, but there are other colors, lengths and package quantities. I think it’s fun to update your stockings every now and then. And with this neutral color and classic knit, they’ll go with any holiday decor color scheme you end up going with. They have 1,300 5 star reviews!!

SHERPA THROW BLANKET || You can never have too many cozy throws in each room this time of year. We like to snuggle up on the couch by the fire watching movies as often as we can!! I love the poms on the ends of this one too. I like to the let the ends drape down out of the basket we have by the fireplace.

METALLIC PLACEMAT || I have a set of these and have used them for years! They make the prettiest addition to your holiday table and can be used as a placemat or charger plate. I love to layer so putting them on top of a placemat and letting the color or pattern peek through is fun. A really great buy for a set of 6! I use mine all throughout the year #becausegold 😉

2 PACK TWINKLE LIGHTS || These are also a tried and true winner! I used this mesh table runner on my Christmas table last year and bought these twinkle lights to go underneath. It turned out so pretty! I’ve used them on party tables like at our Flamingo Friday parties in the summer and I just got done stringing them along the garland on our Christmas mantel this year. They have an on/off switch, a remote and 9 different light sequence settings.

Slow glow is my favorite!

WINE CARAFE || This wine carafe makes a great gift for your holiday hostess or any wine lover in your life!  It has a gorgeous oak stopper, great shape and would make a beautiful addition to any table, tray, bar cart or butlers’s pantry. Pottery Barn has a similar one that I’ve been eyeing [for years ;)] and now I can get the look for much less! 

GREEN NAPKINS || These are the green napkins I had on our Christmas Table in the Dining Room last year. They are a gorgeous color and great quality. You can’t beat the price for a 12 pack! They are also the same as the burgundy and orange sets I shared in the Best Thanksgiving Amazon Finds Under $35 post!

GOLD ELK NAPKIN RINGS || How cute are these gold elks?! I think they could serve as winter napkin rings if you like to set a seasonal table in your formal dining room. A Modern lodge-y feel. Great price, too!

BLACK & GOLD TRAY || I love a good tray. They are perfect for setting out drinks, bottles, candles, books, etc. They corral just about anything and keep your “stuff” from looking like clutter. It gives it a more intentionally “gathered” appearance. Great for a centerpiece on your table with a vase of flowers or on your coffee table or kitchen counter / island.

BLACK SNOW BOOTS || Um such a great dupe for some of the expensive designer boots! This pair and the leopard pair below are just darling!

LEOPARD SNOW BOOTS || I have been in the market for leopard rain boots and snow boots because, well I have just about every other type of leopard item that goes on your feet. I love these. Great reviews and they have been selling out quickly!

PRE-LIT FAUX PLANTER ARRANGEMENT || I think these are such a great idea for a fast and furious Christmas planter. I love picking out fresh outdoor planter arrangements year-round and Costco has beautiful ones for the holidays, but at $35 each planter each year, it adds up. These can be stored each year and pulled out on the porch or front stoop. 

I’m putting mine in my planters today!

BUFFALO CHECK RUG || This is the larger size [23.6″ x 51.2″] and I think its worth it to spend a few dollars more so that you can see more of the buffalo plaid peeking out from underneath your top layer rug. You don’t want to cover up too much of the black and white cuteness! They also have a black & red option if you want to go for more of a traditional Christmas feel.

MERRY & BRIGHT DOOR MAT || The perfect top layer for the buffalo plaid rug above!! You can’t go wrong with a Christmas door mat and  buffalo plaid underneath! Have you on board with the rug layering trend? I love our year-round “Hey There, Take Care rug I bought this Summer and the striped mat is still going strong underneath!!

 There is only so much room for items on the collage, so I wanted to mention some other items. Plus don’t forget that I’ll continuously update the clickable shoppable gallery below as I source great new finds all holiday season long!!

• FAUX FUR CHRISTMAS TREE SKIRT || so pretty and might order for our flocked tree.
• MESH TABLE RUNNER || This is what we used on our Christmas table last year with the fairy/twinkle lights underneath and then pine clippings on top. The mesh runner is super versatile and would be pretty on top of any tablecloth and loosely woven around candlesticks or flower vases!
• BLACK LACE DRESS || I got this dress before the holidays last year [see it in this post here] and have since worn it to a couple weddings. It has a great neckline, it’s well-made and very flattering. I am in a size small. It’s under $35 and comes in several colors. An affordable LBD always comes in handy!
• BLACK ORNAMENTS || I love adding black ornaments to our tree especially how they pop on our flocked one this year!
• GREEN VELVET RIBBON || This is that deep rich green I’m using for Christmas around the house – its beautiful! I’ve got plenty of the black satin ribbon to go around, but I might get a spool of this to use, too!
• COZY BLACK CARDIGAN || I just ordered this black version because I have the ivory one and it is SO warm and cozy! It has pockets, great length and they are perfect for lounging around the house or throwing over and top to wear with leggings or denim! I’ve heard the pink color is also very very pretty!
• ORNAMENT STORAGE || We have 3 of these ornament storage containers and they’ve worked great over the years. You can adjust the size of the ornament compartments based on the size of your ornaments or fill each individual compartment with several smaller ones. They have handles, a clear window to view what’s inside [I organize bins by ornament color] and removable trays so you can have 2 layers/tiers of ornaments in each one!
• WINE GLASS MARKERS || These are definitely one of my favorite things to use when hosting! I usually just write my guest’s first initial in a large font on the glass before I hand it to them. I use the gold one the most 😉
