I’m super pumped for today’s post! I’ve loved polling you guys on Instagram stories to see where I should do my monthly hauls and I was blown away with the overwhelming number of votes for Old Navy. So, I headed out in search of some cute closet staples to help you pull in a few new ones into yours. I fell in love with so many things, but paired it down to my absolute favorites. OLD NAVY TRY-ON HAUL // OCTOBER FAVORITES FOR FALL & WINTER
I’ve shopped at Old Navy for as long as I can remember because they are a great place to stock up on staples. And I’ve got some good ones for you today! Old Navy has also been a great place to grab basics for the boys – shorts, sweatpants and even button-downs and sweaters.
Cute patterns, good quality, great prices and tons of variety. Yes, please!
Plus, stocking up for the whole family in one place is a convenience like none other!
Now, let’s get on with some Old Navy finds now, shall we?!
You can not go wrong with a henley this time of year. They are the absolute perfect layering piece, but they look great alone, too! I stocked up and grabbed a few different colors. And if you catch the sale, these tops are only $10! There are 10 colors to choose from – I might go back for the pink marbled and the heathered gray stripe!
These boyfriend jeans are amazing! I normally prefer a high-rise, but this mid-rise style is comfortable and flattering. The wash and fit of these are fabulous! I sized up to a 6 and cuffed the bottom by rolling up the hem two times.

Hello, cozy! I’m never taking you off! I love a good sherpa pullover, but the idea of a zipper is great to be able to wear it as a jacket, too. Love this color so much, but there are several to choose from. I’m pretty sure I’ll be back to buy a few more!

I’m a sucker for a stripe and this lightweight textured crew neck does not disappoint! You can never have enough stripes or leopard in your closet in my opinion. They mix and match with every color and pattern.

The color, the fit, the style, the length. It’s all fabulous! The funnel neck with the sleek hidden zipper detail is amazing. And the length makes it so versatile. That perfect knee-length coat! It also comes in black if you’re on the hunt for a new go-to black coat!
The striped tee underneath is a rib knit that I snagged on sale for $8. Remember? Stripes!
SIZING & FIT INFO: coat – runs slightly big, wearing a size XS (mainly for the shoulders & chest, but I’m small chested). knit tee – sized up to a medium. jeans – sized up one to a size 6. booties – wearing a size 8.
This graphic tee is from the Men’s department and with the sale, its only $5. Sometimes its fun to wear something different and unique that all your girlfriends won’t be wearing. This one says “Take the road less traveled” and I love the colorway of the tee. I’m in a medium and have it fully tucked in with a belt and then layered this gorgeous houndstooth blazer over top of it.
The blazer is roomy with a little stretch and has a gorgeous interior lining that peeks out if you cuff the sleeves. Highly recommend if you need a work-friendly jacket or one to throw on with a tee and sneakers!
Sophisticated with a slight edge.
The plaid [houndstooth] works great with a leopard print since its all in the same color family!
My boots are a new arrival and no they’re not old navy, but I think they are worth every penny. They are the most perfect shade of nude – a little darker than a tan, but not quite a cognac. I’m in a size 8, so would say size up in you’re in between. I’m going to be wearing the heck out of these things!

This v-neck textured tunic is another must-have. It’s the perfect lightweight material with interesting stitching for some visual interest. It’s long enough to wear with leggings [as seen below] but can be front-tucked as well!
The color is called neutral and would say it’s a beige with pink undertones. And when paired with the puffer vest below, it pulls even more of a subtle pink which I absolutely adore.

Ok, to be honest, I’m totally not a huge vest person, but I am SO into this one! I have a few that I do wear, but I don’t find myself reaching for them all that often. That’s all about to change now!
This vest is lightweight and a slim-fit. It’s not fleece-lined so it lays nicely and doesn’t overheat you! The color I’m wearing in this vest is called “dusted chocolate” and it’s this amazing, yummy mauve color. I love the tunic / vest color combo so much! They complement each other quite nicely.
As you can see, I’ve paired the tunic with the vest and then threw on my my Spanx and sneakers for a casual and super comfy look! This will definitely be in the line-up for the cooler Fall and Winter days.
The puffer vest comes in a cream and a black, too.

Who doesn’t want to add a cute and comfy cropped leopard sweatshirt to their closet?! I sized up to a medium so it wasn’t too short, but I love the mock neck and side zip detail. The dark colors keep the leopard print super subtle and love that this could be dressed up or dressed down as shown here!
I’m all about the cute and comfy, especially this time of the year!
