Girls weekends are good for the soul, especially when you get to reunite with your college bestie and a ton of friends to celebrate her as the bride-to-be. I have a ton of travel content I’ve slated in my blog calendar to share with you and thought this trip needed a permanent spot on the blog. Come take a peek at some snapshots from Our Girl’s Getaway // A Palm Springs Bachelorette Party!

A group of 9 girls finally gathered to celebrate our Bride-to-Be, Brianna. She is known as “Bri” to many so the theme for the Bachelorette Weekend was “Brionce – Drunk in Love”. After we all landed and got to the house, we got to work on decorating the house to welcome our Brionce the Fiancé!
Her originally scheduled bachelorette party weekend in Napa and her WEDDING were both pushed out a year due to COVID, so it was extremely special to be able to spend time together in here honor!
The girl’s weekend took place last May from a Thursday to Sunday and just enough time to enjoy the gorgeous Palm Springs weather. We had an incredible mountain view from our backyard and plenty of breezy palm trees to set the scene for a fun-filled girl’s getaway.
Of course, our FUNBOY golf cart inflatable didn’t hurt either 😉
Here are some snapshots from our weekend and details of where we stayed, ate and more are below!
GIRL’S GETAWAY // PALMS SPRINGS BACHELORETTE PARTY
PALM SPRINGS: WHERE WE STAYED
We rented the perfect house for a girl’s weekend – 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 cozy lounge areas, and a fabulous outdoor set-up with a pool, hot tub and plenty of hangout spaces, including an amazing courtyard out front. Here is the VRBO listing for our home if you want to check it out!
We all loved the amenities and I would absolutely stay there again.
PALM SPRINGS: WHERE WE ATE
- Tac/Quila – Hip Mexican eatery with eclectic décor serving street fare, seafood, meat dishes & craft cocktails. Great patio out back.
- Mr. Lyons – Upscale, retro-style spot serving hand-cut meats, steakhouse staples & classic cocktails [Seymour’s is a speakeasy inside and very cool. Intimate bar with a vintage vibe hidden behind Mr. Lyons & specializes in craft libations]
- The Tropicale – festive and fun restaurant to start the night off. Great ambiance, full of energy, people & music
PALM SPRINGS BACHELORETTE WEEKEND: WHAT WE DID
- lounged by the pool
- hiked @ Indian Palm Canyon
- walked around downtown Palm Springs
- booked dinners, but ate Breakfast & lunch at the house – the bride’s mom had pastries delivered one morning which was the sweetest 😉
- set up a “Brionce’s Lemonade Stand” with signature cocktails to enjoy poolside one day
- Palm Springs Casino
- had a Gypsy Picnic Happy Hour
THE GYPSY PICNIC
Several friends who couldn’t make it decided to book The Gypsy Picnic for all of us to enjoy as a gift to the bride! They came in and put together the cutest set-up for us all to sip and snack before our dinner reservation. They set-up a table with large floor pillows, umbrellas, charcuterie boards, Rose, a polaroid camera and more. This is also when our Lingerie party and had her open her pretty little things 😉 Highly recommend looking into Gypsy picnic if you’re ever on a girl’s weekend in Palm Springs! Check them out on Facebook here!
BRIONCE’S LEMONADE STAND
This was the set-up for our Thursday afternoon happy hour by the pool on our first day. Plenty of fun in the sun before dinner at Tac / Quila!
PALM SPRINGS HIKE
On Friday morning we drove to Indian Palm Canyon to check out the views. It was absolutely stunning there. Unlike anything I’d ever seen before. We explored for a little under 2 hours and then headed back to the house for lunch and more pool time.
As you can see, we had no fun at all! If you’re planning a girls weekend and considering Palm Springs, I don’t think you can go wrong. We had an incredible time!

Bri’s wedding took place last August in Lake Tahoe. I shared a ton of pics in my IG stories that weekend, but I plan to do a wedding weekend recap with all the highlights here on the blog, too.
It was our first time in Tahoe and it did not disappoint!
