Hello and welcome to week 2 of the New Year, New Room Refresh Challenge! In introduced my project last ewek and now I’m excited to be sharing my design plans this week as an update. Here is the Office + Guestroom Design Board & Plans!

If you are just tuning in this week, here is what you missed. I am going to be making over my office / Guestroom over the month of January for the NYNR Refresh Challenge. It is a dual-function space, but would like it to be better utilized as my office!

This is my 8th challenge and I can’t wait to get this room over the finish line like the rest!

NYNR Challenge Week 2

OFFICE + GUESTROOM PROJECT TO-DO LIST:

• swap out ceiling fan – ordered, waiting on delivery
• remove bed & install Murphy Bed – maybe this weekend?!
• create a feature wall behind desk area? wallpaper?
• add wall art – still sourcing
• replace rug – still sourcing
• add a chair – still sourcing
• reconfigure closet set-up – in progress

It was a short and sweet update today, so I will be back next week with an actual progress report! I better get to work so I have something to share with you all!
