With Spring right around the corner, I can’t help but think of Spring Travel. Maybe you’re heading somewhere with the family for Spring Break. Maybe you’re planning a girls’ getaway, a couples weekend or any other fun trips! If you’re ever stuck on what to wear when traveling, here is An Easy Travel Outfit Idea!
We went to Marco Island last month, so thought I’d share my travel look. It’s simple, comfortable and easily replicable!

An Easy Travel Outfit Idea

TRAVEL OUTFIT // SWEATER COAT
It’s all about the layers when traveling, so an open-front cardigan is ideal in my book. I often grab for a denim jacket or even a flannel, but you can’t beat a cozy cardigan on a plane ride. It’s soft and easy to drape over your lap if you get chilly!
I’m wearing the J Crew collarless sweater blazer [in a small] and have had it and loved it for years. Here is the Amazon version if you’re looking for a similar style!
I also love, love my Mango oversized knitted coat with pockets. It is long and even cozier to travel in especially in the colder months!
This one is another Amazon option, that I’ve been sharing a lot lately. It is long, oversized, great style and has pockets. Plus there are a ton of color options to choose from.
TRAVEL OUTFIT // STRIPED HOODIE
Underneath, I’m wearing a striped hooded top that is the perfect length for leggings. I’m wearing a size small, but if you want a little more room and length, size up one.
TRAVEL OUTFIT // FAUX LEATHER LEGGINGS
These faux leather leggings have been my go-to for years. They are a great fit, coverage and that “suck you where you need it” fit without being uncomfortable!
I size up to a medium in my spanx. If I get another pair of these, I’m going to get the petite mediums for a shorter length.
These joggers are my other travel option fave.
TRAVEL OUTFIT // SNEAKERS & HAT
My sneakers are golden goose and are so comfortable I don’t even need to wear my no-show socks! I do sometimes throw them in my carry-on just in case though.
Early flight? No problem! The hat saved me that morning with a 3:15 am wake-up call and no time to style my hair.
