We hired a professional photographer when our family traveled to Hiton Head a few years ago. If you have a family vacation planned, at the very least, set-up a tripod on your own and head out just before sunset. You will be so glad you did!

I stuck with the color scheme we used for our Beach Family Photos in Hilton Head – white, blue, khaki & gray. Whatever works! But if you’re stuck on where to start, check out the pieces in the collages I created. Once you settle on a couple favorites, it will be easier to build everyone else’s outfit around them.
*PRO TIP: Start with what YOU want to wear and then put together the kids’ and husband’s looks next. Select the dress or pieces you feel your absolute best in! That way, you’re not scrambling for something to wear after you’ve worked on everyone else’s clothes and stuck with something you don’t love or doesn’t fit well.

A mix of stripes, plaid, checkered, florals and solid tops depending on what you like and how much pattern you want to incorporate. Button-downs and khaki shorts are an easy ememble for all ages. Short-sleeved or long-sleeve works!
