Hey girl! How are you?! We are sloooowly getting back into a rhythm after the holidays! Back to school yesterday for the kids and back to work for Mom & Dad. Since we were traveling, its been a late start to my new year routine, but I do have some health goals for the year. You may have seen on Instagram that we were in California for a few days and just got back on Monday evening, so I haven’t exactly hit the ground running in 2025 with my health and fitness. I did go on several morning walks while we were gone and will resume my tennis matches next week [after I beat this cold I’ve been fighting!] Walks in the neighborhood and some light weight training at home are in order for this week!
