An Effortless All White Outfit for Summer

I always welcome easy Summer outfits and a monochromatic look is as easy as they come! Getting dressed in your “Summer whites” is a nod to classic style + getting good use out of your white jeans while it’s technically “seasonally appropriate”. Except wearing your white jeans after Labor Day is totally a do now! All the rules are out the door anymore! Today, I’m sharing An Effortless All White Outfit!

Whether you grab a white tee, tank, blouse or sweater to pair with your white denim, you can’t mess it up! 

We all know you can’t go wrong in all black, but a head-to-toe white look is just as easy.

Wearing the same color on top and bottom takes all the guesswork out. You don’t have to worry if the colors or patterns match, which makes getting dressed a breeze.

AN EFFORTLESS ALL WHITE OUTFIT

After recently partnering with NYDJ, I totally fell in love with their Marilyn Straight Ankle Jeans. They are mid-rise with the cutest raw hem and an ankle length. I raved about them in this Friday Five post and have been wearing them regularly ever since!

They are so extremely comfortable! They have great stretch and thickness to them.

Yes, they’re a premium denim, but I like to splurge a little more on my jeans in order to build a solid foundation of ones that fit well and that I feel good in!

Plus when you find a pair of jeans that does a good job or slimming and tucking in all the right places, I say they’re worth every penny 😉

NYDJ says to size down for the ultimate fit and I agree – wearing a size 2 in this pair.

WHITE TOP + WHITE JEANS 

This sleeveless ruffle tee is so darling!  When I wear black or white, I look for pieces that have a little added detail to make it more interesting and unique.

Black and white are basic, but your clothing doesn’t have to look that way!

The top is selling quick because its now on sale – yay! I’m in an XS and am considering getting the black, too since it’s such a cute top. I know I’ll get a ton of wear out of it!

I recently came across this short sleeve balloon blouse and think it would also pair well with white denim for an effortless all white look.

JUST ADD A LAYER [WHITE CAPE CARDIGAN]

Normally, when I’m in a white top & white bottoms, I would throw on a denim or leather jacket to break things up a bit. But by throwing on this Optic White Cape Cardigan, it really does scream Summer [or more like Summer nights]! 

This piece is totally luxury. It looks and feels like a million bucks! It’s so soft and light and the draped, cape silhouette is finished with ribbing at the cuffs and hem – so, so pretty.

There are 101 ways to wear all white, but since I’m forever a jeans and tee girl, this is one of my favorite ways to do it!
