Hello, everyone! Happy Friday! Any other Midwesterners suffer from whiplash this week?! Our gorgeous, record-breaking weather has come and gone and we’re back to typical November in Chicago – 40 degrees and dark at 4:30! But the good news is that it’s Friday & I’ve got some fun things to share with you! If you’re ready, then let’s jump into The Friday Five!

ONE // DRESSY-ER THANKSGIVING DAY OUTFIT OPTIONS
You might be in your comfies on the couch this upcoming holiday, but if you do happen to have anywhere you want to doll up for, I’ve got several looks that are perfect for this time of year. 1 pretty skirt, 2 sweater dresses and 2 others in the most gorgeous colors!

A 4th look with this hot pink sweater! I shared 3 Ways // How to Style a Hot Pink Sweater earlier this week and need to update it with this sweater / skirt combo. I love the belted sweater look and of course, I couldn’t resist adding a pop of leopard. Super cute look for the holidays!
The skirt has an elastic waist [perfect for extra helpings at your holiday dinner table ;)] with variegated pleat sizes. Only $19.99 and comes in 12 colors. I highly recommend! I’m in a size small.

OMBRE SNAKEPRINT SATIN MIDI DRESS

I haven’t had a chance to rave about this dress yet, but it’s stunning! Only $30 and has the most gorgeous fall colors woven into a subtle snakeprint. There are several ways to style it, but I think a simple cardigan [I vote for this sweater cardigan] and a belt from my new set is an easy way to wear it in a dressy casual way!!
Its midi length with adjustable spaghetti straps and I’m wearing a size small.

THREE // BEST EYE MAKEUP REMOVER
Is it hard for anyone else to switch up your beauty routine?!
I used AVON’s eye makeup remover lotion for years and year and years. Well before I sold it in college 🙂 But a few years ago, after being introduced to BeautyCounter, I fell in love with their Instant Eye Makeup Remover and have been using it ever since. It feels silky smooth when you apply it [I just use a cotton round] and actually has a cooling effect. After application, I think it leaves your eye area feeling super hydrated.
This is one product I continuously run through until it’s empty. I actually need to place an order for more this weekend!

FIVE // THE MOST DELICIOUS STUFFED MUSHROOMS
One of my absolute favorite things to make [always highly requested] are these Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms. They are a fabulous appetizer or side dish for any meal, but especially around the holidays. They’re warm, hearty and easy to serve. They are ALWAYS a crowd pleaser and usually disappear in minutes.
I prefer using smaller mushrooms when I’m serving them as an appetizer and larger ones for a side dish.
I know so many of you have told me you’ve given the stuffed mushroom recipe a try, so hopefully they are still a favorite in your homes, too 😉
