Hello out there! It’s crazy that the holiday weekend is just a few days away! Whether you’re having a low-key 4th of July, celebrating all weekend long with family and friends, or maybe even hosting, I can help! Because last I checked, food and drinks are at the top of the priority list when preparing! Today, I’m rounding up 4 Easy & Delicious Dips You Need to Make from past recipe favorites!
All of them are always HUGE hits, so take a peek and see which one[s] your crew will love the most!
Only one requires a quick pop in the oven and there is another that requires just TWO ingredients!
I thought it would be great to have all of my regular dip recipes in a post together for easy access for you. You can see the rest of my appetizer recipes at the bottom of this post as well.
See them all below!
4 EASY & DELICIOUS DIPS YOU NEED TO MAKE
1 || SPICY CORN DIP
If you don’t have a go-to corn dip, then make this one yours now. It is one we’ve been making for years and years and never gets old. It’s a cold dip, so no need to heat or cook plus I think a cold dip is best in the Summer!
I have another version of a spicy corn dip that I fell in love with earlier this year after a friend brought it to our girls weekend, too and will be sharing soon!
2 || BRUSCHETTA DIP
This one looks & tastes more complex than it is! You can even get away with a 3 ingredient version if you buy a can of pre-seasoned tomatoes versus adding each individual seasoning!
I buy a large jar of basil pesto and always have blocks of cream cheese on hand, so this one is a grab & go dish as well. After a quick pop in the oven, you’re set!
3 || CHICKEN SALAD
You might be used to eating chicken salad on a sandwich, but we’ve always made this one and served it with pretzel crisps or crackers. It’s a cinch to make and the bowl is always scraped clean empty!
This one is great year-round and can be served in so many ways!
4 || BOURSIN CHEESE & JAM
I save the easiest one for last! This is a sweet and savory dip you can make at the drop of a dime. Perfect for last-minute entertaining or to take somewhere when you’re running late.
All you need to do is pull the Boursin cheese from the fridge [I buy the variety 3 pack at Costco & my favorite is the garlic & fine herbs] and whatever jam or jelly you have on hand and dump!
You only need a small jar or part of a larger one and any flavor works! I’ve been doing a lot of raspberry & blueberry lately 😉 In fact, you could toss a few blueberries on top of a red jam for a festive twist! Very similar to this Raspberry Chipotle Cream Cheese recipe I’ve made in year’s past.
If you are looking for something other than a dip to make as an appetizer, then check out my full Appetizer Gallery. There are several other ideas to choose from – like mini Caprese Skewers, Stuffed Mushrooms or a S’mores Cheese Ball if you want a dessert idea!
And you know our Skinny Spicy Margaritas are going to be making an appearance this weekend, because we just can’t get enough! See the rest of my favorite cocktail recipes here!
I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe holiday weekend! Best of luck preparing your yummy dishes.
I’d love to hear if you make any of these easy and delicious dips! Please let me know!
